Baked Liver Sausage

 

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

This recipe calls for liver sausage such as Braunschweger, slice it, put it on a broiling pan and bake at 300 until browned and dry, but not hard.

It lasts a couple of weeks without refrigeration and is soft enough for easy nibbling in high distraction environments. It's also easy to break into little pieces during training sessions.
